Set forth herein are the the Terms and Conditions that apply to any and all websites owned and operated by L2Multimedia and their associated competitions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before registering. Accessing or browsing www.GetYourBillsPaid.co.uk (�the website�) implies your agreement to each and every term and condition set forth herein. If you do not accept these terms, you may have no authority or access the website. If you do not comply with the Terms and Conditions, you may be disqualified from all Competitions without further notice.

Individual opening and closing dates for Competitions are featured in the individual competition terms and conditions. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible and disqualified.

L2Multimedia, LLC ("L2Multimedia") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below. If you breach any of these Terms of Use your right to use this Site will terminate automatically.

We also reserve the right to stop the operation of any of our websites at any time without notice or reason, though we will make every reasonable effort to provide users with sufficient advance notice.

Unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into any L2 Multimedia website is illegal and is punishable by law. L2 Multimedia will prosecute any offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

The following terms apply to any and all websites hosted by L2 Multimedia and to each individual user�s utilization of GetYourBillsPaid.co.uk.

    1. Eligibility
    1. To enter a Competition, you must be an UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the Competition; 18 years old or older on the open date of the Competition.
    2. Parties ineligible to participate includes, but is not limited to, corporations, other business entities or an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of L2Multimedia, GetYourBillsPaid or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of L2 Multimedia or of anyone else professionally connected with any Competition, nor a family member of any of these.
    3. Entrants must be human � any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will be considered a false or deceptive entry resulting in disqualification.
    4. You must be an active (i.e. currently subscribed) member of the GetYourBillsPaid website at the date of entering the Competition and on the closing date of the Competition to be eligible to enter and otherwise compliant with all the Terms and Conditions.
    5. GetYourBillsPaid may require you to provide proof of eligibility and identity as the authorised account holder of the email addresses used to enter a Competition. "Authorised account holder" means the natural person to whom the email address in question has been assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organisation including, but not limitied to a business or educational institution responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
    6. L2 Multimedia reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change the methods through which users qualify for the Grand Prize.
    7. The entrant may be disqualified upon failure to provide all the required information.
    8. If a user is disqualified from the GetYourBills Paid competition, the user will be disqualified from all Competitions hosted by L2Multimedia. Further eligibility conditions may be featured in individual Competition terms and conditions. Any Competition shown on the GetYourBillsPaid Website may be conducted over one or more other websites simultaneously.
    1. Enrollment
    1. Users may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. If a user attempt to do so, the user will be disqualified from all Competitions.
    2. Only one account is allowed per household. Users who share the same mailing or email address, IP Address, phone number, or credit card information will be seemed a single household. Users whose accounts are discovered to have a common household are deemed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Each household may use only one email address throughout all L2 Multimedia websites and competitions.
    4. Any individual user may not have more than one (1) account even with a different shipping address. Each individual user may have only one (1) shipping address. Users found to have multiple accounts with different shipping addresses are in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
    5. Users may not use any other person�s identity (such as name or address) to enter into the competition.
    6. A user may be disqualified upon failure to provide all required information.
    7. The website is under no obligation to publish, communicate or give notification of any user�s disqualification on this website, via e-mail or anywhere else.
    8. Any user that has been disqualified is barred from creating any new or additional user accounts with on other websites owned and operated by L2 Multimedia.
    9. After confirming your entry, you may, at any time, opt out of receiving the emails by editing your registration (by clicking 'Update your details' on the website). You can also edit your contact preferences via this link.
    10. The website undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; or prize deliveries attempted but not received.

    1. Entering Competitions
    1. Users must be eligible to enter the Competition at the beginning and closing dates of the Competition.
    2. Users qualify for entry into the competition by completing the offers, which may vary from individual user to individual user, as specified in the each Competition�s Rules, Terms and Conditions. Completing more offers than is required will not result in any additional entries or prizes.
    3. Offers for each Competition may change during the course of any Competition and any discontinued offer that is not complete at the time of termination will not and may not receive credit.
    4. Users are only eligible to receive one prize per account per competiton.
    5. Competitions entered on sites other than the GetYourBillsPaid Website and its sub-pages are bound by these Official Rules. Please refer to the rules and terms and conditions on the relevant website for more details.
    6. THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESARY TO ENTER THE COMPETITIONS ON THE GetYourBillsPaid WEBSITE.

    1. Any of your dealings with or participation in promotions offered by clients of the website, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the partner. L2 Multimedia takes no responsibility for the terms and conditions of offer on our website and as such are not accountable for any ensuing charges or contracts incurred between a user and an offer provider. Users must read all terms and conditions, privacy policy, requirements, and billing information carefully for each offer as L2 Multimedia shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.
    2. Any individual user completes offers at their own volition and risk. L2 Multimedia cannot be held responsible for any services or products associated with the website�s affiliate offer providers.
    1. Receiving Credit for Completing Offers
    1. Users receive credit for offers completed on this website only. Users must use the email address they used during registration in order to receive credit for any offer.
    2. You may sign-up with each of our advertisers one time every six (6) months. once you have successfully completed an advertiser's offer you are prohibited from signing-up for that offer, as well as any other offer sponsored by the advertiser for six (6) months. This includes, but not limited to, offers previously completed on this website, offers on another website hosted by L2 Multimedia, offers completed through competitor�s website.
    3. Credit for completed offers cannot be transferred between different user accounts.
    4. There is no guarantee made that a credit will be issued if an offer is completed and an email confirmation is received. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit to any individual user for reasons including, but not limited to, unsuccessfully completing an offer within 120 days of a new account signup, failure to fully complete required information for any particular offer, failure to meet advertiser/offer requirements or violation of any of the Terms and Conditions.

    1. Details of individual prize values can be found in individual Competition terms and conditions.
    2. GetYourBillsPaid reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative at any time and for any reason.
      GetYourBillsPaid cannot guarantee the prize shown will be the same as the prize awarded. All images of prizes are shown for illustrative purposes only.
    3. The prize winner for each Competition will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received.
    4. Winners will be selected at random by computer within five (5) working days of the beginning of each of the following calendar months: February and May of 2008 and 2009.
    5. Winners are normally notified by email within 72 hours, except where stated in the individual special terms and conditions.
    6. Prizes are mailed to the mailing address provided by the user during registration. Each individual user is responsible for verifying that the address provided is correct and updated. L2 Multimedia is not responsible for prizes that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries. In the event that a package is forwarded to another address other than the listed mailing address on record, L2 Multimedia is in no way responsible for ensuring delivery. In the event that a winner does not receive their prize, L2 Multimedia will make a reasonable effort to take and locate the prize. Once L2 Multimedia has confirmed that a prize was delivered, it will not be deemed delivered.
